We are glad to have you here. These Terms (the “Terms”), together with other policies published on our website, govern your use of our service – the Biolink.plus platform (https://biolink.plus/), including its applications, software, and features (collectively, the “Platform” or “Biolink.plus”).
“We,” “us,” and “our” mean BioLink.plus, Company ID , with its registered office at PĹ™ĂvoznĂ, Prague 7, 170 00, which operates the Platform. By using Biolink.plus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Changes to these Terms
The Platform is constantly evolving. We may change these Terms or the features of the Platform at any time, particularly for legal, business, or technical reasons. If a material change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please close your account.
3. Your Account
You must be 18+ and fully legally capable. You are responsible for account security and information accuracy.
You must be at least 18 years old and fully legally competent. You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately. Accounts may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.
4. Your Username
Your username must not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular trademarks or copyrights, and must not be vulgar or misleading.
If we request that you change your username, you are obliged to comply. In the case of prolonged inactivity (100 days), we reserve the right to cancel or reassign the username.
5. Managing Your Plan
You may choose between a free or paid plan. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. If you cancel within 72 hours of payment, we may, at our discretion, grant a refund.
Payments processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the terms of those providers.
When an account is deleted, access to all associated data is terminated without the possibility of recovery.
6. Your Content
Content means texts, links, images, videos, products and other elements that you add to your profile on the Platform.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that:
- the content is yours or you have all the necessary rights to use it,
- it does not infringe the rights of third parties or any legal regulations,
- it does not contain viruses, malicious software or automated tools for data collection,
- it complies with our community guidelines.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- create profiles or pages for the purpose of spreading spam, SEO links, affiliate marketing without added value, or any other inappropriate content,
- use automated tools or bots to register accounts, generate content or insert links,
- link to websites containing illegal, misleading or harmful content.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of the content and permanent blocking of the account without compensation.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content at any time if it is in violation of these Terms.
7. License to Content
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and market your content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of Biolink.plus marketing.
You remain the owner of your content. You acknowledge that any published content is publicly accessible and may be shared outside the Platform.
8. Monetizing Your Content
If you participate in our monetization programs, you must:
- be located in an eligible country,
- have a verified email address,
- comply with these Terms and our community guidelines,
- fulfill any legal obligation to disclose affiliate partnerships or sponsorships.
We reserve the right to change commission rates or terminate the program at any time.
9. Suspension or Cancellation of Your Account
If you violate the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Any fees already paid are non-refundable.
If you disagree with our decision to terminate your account, please contact us and we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
10. Responsibility for Profile Visitors
You are responsible for how visitors to your profile (end users) interact with your content and for any transactions that take place between you and such end users.
11. Feedback
Any ideas or suggestions you provide to us may be used or declined by us without any entitlement to compensation.
12. Platform and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
All rights to the Platform and the Biolink.plus brand remain our property. You may not use our brand or content without our prior written consent.
13. Fees and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
Transactions are processed through payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are subject to their terms and conditions.
14. Taxes
You are responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations arising from your activities on Biolink.plus.
15. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Biolink.plus Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Liability and Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of functionality or availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months, or EUR 100, whichever is higher.
17. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for such services, which are subject to the separate terms and conditions of their respective providers.
18. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Jurisdiction is determined by the registered office of the Operator.
